Once an order is placed on our store, a confirmation message is sent on Whatsapp to the contact number provided at checkout. Before dispatch, our team may make a confirmation call to verify the order.
Customers are kindly requested to stay available to receive calls or reply to WhatsApp message to ensure smooth delivery.
Delivery & Payment
All shipments are handled by our authorized logistics partners. Riders are strictly instructed not to hand over the parcel without receiving payment (for Cash on Delivery orders).
Please note that in case of any issue at the time of delivery, the rider cannot return the parcel. However, you may immediately contact our customer support at WhatsApp +92 300 3852364 and we will assist you and take appropriate action.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 4,999.
For orders below this amount, a standard delivery fee of Rs. 250 applies.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders are usually delivered within 4 to 7 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
