We understand that plans can change, and we aim to keep our policies transparent and fair for all customers.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns under any circumstances, except in cases where the customer receives a damaged or defective product.

In the case you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the damage.

Once the damaged item is received and inspected, a refund for the product value only will be processed within 7 working days.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipment to our warehouse. The product must reach us in its original packaging.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

All refunds are issued via bank transfer only.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise advised.
Exchanges

Exchanges are only applicable for damaged products.

The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Exchanged orders will incur a delivery charge of Rs. 250.
Damaged or Faulty Items
All products are thoroughly checked before dispatch.
However, if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer care immediately at +92 300 3852364 to initiate a return or exchange.
Note: The responsibility for returning the product to our warehouse lies entirely with the customer, including transit risk. Reason We would really appreciate your understanding, as reverse couriers are not facilitated by many courier services for business return deliveries.
Returned Shipments
